Loyalty FAQ

How do points work?

You collect points on everything you spend on coffee, added as soon as you buy a bundle. Once you've built up enough, swap them for a free coffee at any Brewly cafe. Free coffees don't earn points, and you'll want to redeem a coffee at least once a month to keep the ones you've banked.

How do I move up a level?

Redeem at least two coffees in a week and that week counts towards your level. The higher your level, the faster every dollar builds points - up to 1.5× at Brew Master.

What if I switch cafes?

Your progress carries over. Finish a bundle at one cafe and start another somewhere new - your total time on Brewly still counts towards your level.

What happens if I take a break?

Your level stays the same and your coffees are still there - bundles don't expire unless the cafe sets a date. Points are the one thing to watch: redeem a coffee at least once a month and they keep building, otherwise your balance is cleared and starts fresh.

When does a referral pay out?

When the friend you invited buys their first bundle of three coffees or more. Their own free coffee lands as soon as they join, so they don't have to wait.

What are surprise free coffees?

Random free coffee drops, hand-picked by the Brewly team and credited straight to your account. You'll get a notification when one lands - redeem it at any participating cafe.
